To know what you need to do, tap and hold on to a specific tool, and then a small notebook will appear on the upper left.

The notebook will show you what the tool does, so you will know where you will use it on the teeth. There will also be a circular mark on the teeth to show where you need to use the tool. Even if you don’t look at the notebook, you will know where to use them by following the mark. The tool will also have a star beside it. It’s a guide to all the issues that they’re used for. After working on the teeth, the next step is to look inside the mouth.

You will also be fixing things like removing bacteria, bad breath, and so on. After everything is done, you can take a picture of your patient in Mad Dentist for a souvenir. A new patient is also unlocked for you to work on.
