In the Cartoon Wars world, two tribes existed. One was the tyrant Color Tribe who enslaved other races and made them their minions. The other one is the Black and White Tribe, a tribe enslaved by the Color Tribe. For years, the Black and White tribe served as drones who did all the drudge works of the Color Tribe. Fortunately, some of the people of the Black and White had dreams of their own, and so the war begins.
