On August 12, 2013, a Swedish indie video game developer named Robert Topala, a.k.a. RobTop, unleashed a $1.99 music platformer called Geometry Dash. The overwhelming success of the game prompted RobTop to launch a free spinoff version called Geometry Dash Lite. With that said, if you have been playing this game for quite some time and are looking for methods to unlock the various in-game secrets, then feel free to jump straight to the methods below. However, if you have just discovered this hardcore platformer recently, then feel free to explore our brief overview of the game before jumping to the main topic.
Geometry Dash Lite Gameplay
Geometry Dash Lite is a vertical hardcore platformer inspired by the 2009 Xbox 360 exclusive platformer called The Impossible Game. The arcade game features a modest overall design that employs the use of a single-button control scheme. The simplicity of its design combined with a punishing gameplay structure easily qualifies the game in the “easy-to-learn yet difficult to master” list of hardcore games.
Geometry Dash Lite comes with most of the features found in the paid version. What’s missing in the lite version is the user-generated custom levels options. This means that players will not be able to design or create a custom level. On top of that, the game comes with ads, limited customization options, and 13 of the 21 levels featured in the paid version.
How to Unlock Secrets in Geometry Dash Lite
Unlocking secrets in Geometry Dash Lite allows you to gain access to various items. Most of the secrets require specific tasks to unlock. The tasks required in unlocking a secret are found in the Achievements tab along with the corresponding reward.
One of the easiest secrets that you can unlock in the game is Master Detective. The fact is that you don’t even have to play the game to unlock this secret. If done right, you can unlock this secret in less than a minute. To unlock this secret, you need to go to the main title screen and click the play icon and scroll through the list of levels until you reach the “Coming Soon” notification. On the same page, click the information icon located in the upper right-hand corner of the screen (see image below).
Clicking the icon will prompt a pop-up that comes with a clickable “OK” button. You need to click the ok button and click the arrow to the right as fast as you can until you see the Coming Soon page once again. You need to pause for a second or two on the Coming Soon page and repeat the right arrow clicking process until you see a coin. This secret comes with a new color reward.
Player Clicking Secrets
Another secret in Geometry Dash Lite that does not require you to play the game involves clicking the characters on the main title page. Unlocking these achievements requires you to go to the main title page and click the players crossing the screen.
Your first click will unlock the Rampage Achievement that comes with a new color reward. Clicking 50 players will unlock the Dominating Achievement that comes with the Cube 41 reward. When your kill count reaches 100, you will unlock the Ultrakill Achievement that comes with a secondary color reward.
Then, continue to click on players until you reach 200 to unlock the Godlike Achievement. The Godlike Achievement comes with a Cube 39 reward. You can continue with your clicking spree to reach a 500-player-destruction count and unlock the Wickedsick Achievement that comes with the Ball 12 reward. In addition to the various achievements, you will also unlock two other secrets if you click or destroy a specific player or cube.
Nice Shot Achievement
The Nice Shot Achievement requires you to destroy the cube shown in the image below. This cube spawns randomly on the screen and comes in various colors.
Catch ‘Em All Achievement
Similar to the Nice Shot Achievement, Catch ‘em All requires you to destroy a specific cube that randomly appears on the screen. The cube will also appear in random color combinations. The Catch ‘em All secret achievement is a direct reference to the Pokémon slogan.

Speaking of playing, the better way to play Geometry Dash Lite is through your PC. All you need to do is follow the download instructions provided on the Geometry Dash Lite page.
